BisManOnline is currently seeking a Support Specialist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Bismarck office location.
Primary responsibilities include customer support (email and phone), reviewing the site for violations of user policy, handling escalated cases from our ad and user approval team, store setup and data feeds, working with data partners, and setup/monitoring of banner advertising campaigns.
Additionally, the person in this position will write help documents, and communicate with customers via email, Facebook, Instagram, and site blogs/articles. This position also works closely with our development team to act as a liaison between customers and our software developers for bug fixes, product feedback/improvements, etc. Other duties may vary as needed.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess skills in verbal/written communication and technological competency. Any prior experience with using content management systems, administrative and clerical work, billing procedures, or reporting skills is helpful. Must be able to demonstrate professional telephone manners and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Starting salary is 30k-40k, depending on experience. Benefits include a group health insurance plan and paid time off. We are generally looking for a candidate that can work Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm – however flexibility can exist on this schedule.
